You’ve chosen your licensed REALTOR®…now what?
Once you have selected your REALTOR®, you want to sign a written agreement with them so the agent and broker can legally represent your interests. As with any real estate documents, if you are not sure what something means, be sure to ask the agent questions to help clarify what representation will mean for you specifically.
